Reproducible Precision Over Exceptionally Large Pressure Ranges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main requirements of a modern automated Gas Dosing Valve are the degree of its controllability and its ability to reliably and precisely follow a predefined flow setting. The <strong>62.8 HV Gas Dosing Valve series<\/strong> delivers both.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>62.8 series is driven by a stepper motor<\/strong> and is able to control the pressure in a <strong>range from &lt; 1 x 10<sup>-8<\/sup> mbar to 3 bar<\/strong> at any level to a very fine degree. The flow characteristic <strong>from the initial opening to full conductance can be fully controlled<\/strong> at any pressure level making the 62.8 series outstanding in its operational range, providing just one valve solution where normally several different valves would be needed.<\/p>\n<p>The series also provides <strong>unprecedented controllability<\/strong>. The special isolation and controlling system of the 62.8 \u2013 a needle and plate mechanism allow very smooth opening characteristics that avoid any pressure change peaks even at very low conductance.The chosen flow characteristic can be defined via a fixed setting or they can be operated in a dynamic setting where the 62.8 is connected via its controller to a pressure sensor in the process. Due to its O-ring sealed feedthrough the number of dynamic seals is limited to just the plate seal, increasing the valve reliability and availability by reducing servicing needs.<\/p>\n<p>Tested in many of demanding applications under various process conditions, the 62.8 series has proven its outstanding performance.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>62.8 HV Gas Dosing Valve<\/strong> is available in stainless steel with <strong>ISO-KF for DN 16<\/strong>.
